This article outlines the official requirements for staff ID photos at Positive Care Solutions. These guidelines are in place to ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all staff identification records. Please be advised, Employee identification tags must be worn each shift. 

✅ Acceptable ID Photo Requirements

Your ID photo must meet the following criteria:

• Frontal View: The photo must be taken straight-on, with your face clearly visible and centered in the frame.

• Clear Resolution: The image should be high-quality, sharp, and in focus.

• No Filters or Modifications: Do not use photo filters, editing apps, or alter the image in any way.

• Neutral Background: A plain white background is required.

• Good Lighting: Ensure your face is well-lit with no harsh shadows.

✔️ Suitable Example:

• Taken straight-on

• Clear image quality

• White background

• Proper lighting

• No filters or edits

❌ Not Suitable Example:

• Photo taken at an angle

• Blurry or pixelated

• Background is cluttered or colored

• Poor lighting

• Filters or altered features
